What is the dress code?

Cocktail Elegance for the Welcome Event & Formal Glamorous for the Wedding Day. For the wedding day, we encourage elegant outfits suitable for an outdoor celebration.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Yes. Most of the celebration will take place outdoors, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes for walking on gravel and garden paths. We will provide heel protections suitable for walking on Grass. Look out for them in the ladies room.

Will it be chilly in the evening?

Even during the warmer months, evenings can become cooler. We suggest bringing a light jacket or shawl.

How do I get to Villa Gamberaia?

If coming with your own car, the venue is just 15–20 minutes from Florence city center.

Is parking available?

Yes, complimentary parking will be available for all guests.

Will transportation be provided?

Transportation arrangements will be communicated closer to the wedding date. To properly arrange it and plan schedule and pick points we will wait for all the guest to respond the RSVP.

Where should I stay?

Villa Gamberaia has limited accommodation rooms for our guests, These rooms will be provided to our guests on first come first serves bases. For those who prefer to stay in Florence, pick up points for transportation will be provided soon - we suggest to book the accommodation nearby.

Can I bring a plus one?

Sure, please add the detail in the RSVP.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins.
